Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Venum Asia account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached, and pack them securely in the original shipping box or similar protective packaging.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location to be sent to our regional distribution center.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
